Rashed Ahmad

I am an assistant professor at the Department of Philosophy at Kuwait University, specializing in philosophical logic and the philosophy of logic. I earned my PhD from the University of Connecticut under the supervision of Keith Simmons. From January to December of 2026, I will be a Visiting Research Scholar at the Saul Kripke Center (CUNY Graduate Center).
My main research focuses on substructural logics and issues of internalization (including semantic paradoxes and ω-inconsistency). I am also interested in Truth, and more broadly, metaphysics and the philosophy of language.
